Dear sir, Thank you for the wonderful program…It was a 3 days program but gave a clear idea of how to live a healthy, happy life with four pillars viz,
Cells how it becomes an energetic good cell or bad cell, and what factors influence them to become bad or good.
Physiology: What are the important organs over which we don’t have control but how indirectly can we control them? How much energy one needs to generate and build stamina and how the Mind Plays a role in one’s healthy life was taught in a very good manner.
On the last day of the programme, LIFESTYLE, the elaboration was very good.
